An unagi restaurant in Godo-cho, Atsuta-ku, Nagoya, founded as a ryotei in 1873 (Meiji 6). "Hitsumabushi" is its registered trademark, and it operates four shops in Nagoya: the main shop (Jinya), Jingu, Matsuzakaya, and a takeaway-only Matsuzakaya basement shop.
