It is not a review, booking, ranking or coupon site. Through chefs, ingredients, vessels, architecture, seasons and land, it aims to convey Japanese food culture itself.

Restaurant information is recorded from verifiable sources such as official websites, together with the date it was checked. Anything that cannot be confirmed is left out.

Guide information always carries its edition and year; earlier years are never presented as current. We do not rank restaurants.
