Introduction

はじめに

In Nara, a restaurant named for "memory" in Basque.

A restaurant in Suimon-cho, Nara, describing its cooking as "modern Spanish". It first opened in 2008 in a Taisho-era former substation in Tomio, closed in 2014 due to the building's age, and reopened in 2016 at its present site within the Nara Park area, on former Todai-ji temple grounds.
