Introduction

Chinese cuisine in a former embassy residence, Minami-Azabu.

A Chinese restaurant in Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, opened in February 2017, with Tomoya Kawada as executive chef. It is housed in a renovated detached house that was formerly an embassy residence. Guided by the concept "wakon kansai", it adapts Chinese culinary tradition to Japanese ingredients and climate.
