Introduction

The restaurant of Satoyama Jujo, Minami-uonuma.

The restaurant of the inn Satoyama Jujo in Ōsawa, Minami-uonuma, Niigata. Based on Japanese cuisine under the concept of "local gastronomy", it brews miso and fermented seasonings and makes pickles and ham in its own fermentation room. The name "Sanaburi" refers to the feast held after rice planting to thank those who helped.
