Introduction

はじめに

A Ginza sushi restaurant founded in 1965.

A sushi restaurant on the B1 floor of the Tsukamoto Sogyo Building in Ginza, founded by Jiro Ono in 1965 and still operating in the same place. In 2003, Jiro's second son Takashi independently opened the Roppongi branch. Reservations are taken by phone.

  • Born in 1925 in Tenryu City, Shizuoka Prefecture (present-day Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu). Source
