Introduction

はじめに

Italian cuisine in an early-Showa Western-style house, Daikanyama.

An Italian restaurant on Kyu-Yamate-dori in Daikanyama, opened in 1997 in a renovated Western-style house built in the early Showa era. One of the Hiramatsu restaurants, its executive chef is Taku Takashina and its chef de cuisine is Taichi Oki. It is closed on Wednesdays (the following day if Wednesday is a public holiday).
