Introduction
はじめに
A Ginza sushi restaurant opened in 1935.
A sushi restaurant in Ginza 8-chome, opened on 1 December 1935 by founder Hisaji Imada. The founder devised the sea-urchin gunkan-maki, and the design of the Ginza premises was entrusted to architect Kunio Maekawa, who had studied under Le Corbusier.
